Canadian Air Force's Photos

Canadian Forces pilot Captain Erick O'Connor flies the CF Air Demonstration CF-18 Hornet. Capt. O'Connor serves with 409 Tactical Fighter Squadron in Cold Lake, Alberta with over 5600 hours of flying experience. This year's theme is supporting our military families, and the uniquely stylized paint scheme was created to honor our military families and to highlight our commitment to them.

The CF-188 Hornet is the Canadian Air Force's only frontline, multi-role fighter. The Hornet is also used for air defense, tactical support and training, aerospace testing and air superiority, and as an aerobatics display aircraft.
